Replacing the O2 sensor?

I got a P0138 again and it's a O2 sensor #2, Bank 1. I got a FSM and it showed where the sensor is. Had any body tried to replace the sensor before? It doesn't look that hard except for the fact it looks like it may need a special wrench for take the sensor out. Thanks for the help in advance
