hey, i know this is a stupid question and i usually wouldn't ask. cause i don't know much about auto trannys. the question is: is it bad to drive around in 3rd when your in traffic or just goin up hills and ****. and is it bad to down shift off a highway or in reg traffic for the car. how messed up can it be for the tranny. any help would be great. thanks
