In case anyone is interested, I have the SE AE and the standard nose mask won't fit. Nissan won't split the set and just sell the hood cover. So, I found one at http://www.saddleman.com. Ordered Sunday, got today, and put it on. Perfect fit, and looks nicer than the Nissan version. Now, at least, I can minimize the chips on the hood! And after all, it looks pretty darn good!

Just wanted to pass that along. By the way, the cover was around $42; much cheaper than spening $115 on the Nissan kit that you can't use!

You may also want to check out a hood deflector. As in the smoked acrylic type. Looks better on my black 2000 by a longshot. And its not touching the paint...definitely a bonus. I use the part of the Nissan factory bra that you don't when I got on the highway, but take it off as soon as I get home.
