Any opinions on the dual exhaust system that custommaxima.com is selling on their website?

Oh they do have one for fifth gen 2000/2001. I dunno. extra weight for a secon muffler and extra pipe so i doubt its worth it.

Actually it is only one muffler with two outlets. No restrictions and great sound. Everyone who has bought it has had nothing but positive comments. We just released the 2000/2001 version on Wednesday and are currently working on the 2003/2003. It was not easy getting the bends to be smooth but after about a month of work it is now complete.

If anyone who bought the system from us is reading this, please post your thoughts.

I am assuming this is all for looks, and no added performance?
Wouldn't it degrade performance if there was extra tubing just for one muffler?

Does it come with a rear cover with an extra exhaust cut out? Otherwise I think it wouldn't look right.

We highly suggest using our dual exhaust rear bumper along with the kit. Although it is not necessary it does make it look better. Good question.

I am not sure if it will fit 02/03. We have not tested it on a 02/03 yet. We will only list that application if we successfully test fit it on that model. Just in your own experience the exhaust is pretty much the same on 00/01 and on 02/03?

Can't just someone with an 02-03 drive to his shop and see if the exhaust will fit?
