Blinking spoiler brake light

I saw the other day a newer Max with a blinking brake light on the spoiler. I have a 2002 SE. Any thoughts? Couldn't find any info on how to.......

You can get a solid state flasher and splice it in with the brake light. So when you brake it acts like a switch and flashes; Its used in police cars but with a switch. Its like $30-40

Im getting adaptive brake lights for my spoiler. IT uses a sensor on the brake pedal and depending on where the pedal is the led brake light strip gets wider as you step down, ,and when sudden hard braking is felt, the led flashes.
