Got a 2001 and service engine soon light is on. How can I reset it or diagnose it myself? I tried the 4th gen method, but doesn't work. There is not self-dig switch on the side of the computer anymore. Any ideas? I don't want to pay Nissan $90 to do it...

 

Go to Autozone. They can read the error code for you for free.
