First, let me just say that "the search is your friend"....this has been covered 1000 times already.

- You need to re-seal the clear corners around the edges with silicone otherwise you will probably get condensation. A tube of clear silicone will cost you about $2. There is no need to keep re-buying them, you could have just dried the first set out and re-sealed them.

- The reason the back ones don't fit right is probably because you didn't take the 3 little rubber squares off the back of the stock corners and glue them on the clears. They don't come with them for some reason and without them the clears have some wiggle to them.

Check in the FAQ section about the procedure to remove condensation. Or to prep your NEW lenses to prevent condensation before you put them on.

I hear ya, I'm the same way. If you give the silicone overnight to dry you dont have anything to worry about, it won't come off on the car or anything like that. And you can't see it from the outside. It took me like 3 coats to get a good seal though, every time it dries little bubbles form that air and water could get through so I had to keep filling those in. A real PITA. But no condensation. Good luck.
