Progress springs....

well I went and ordered Progress Tech springs instead of the Teins...Progress has a 1.7front and 1.5rear drop...got 20's and a sub box in the trunk so Progress was my better bet compared to Teins cause I dont wanna cause any rubbing...anyone 5th Gens have pics of the Progress drop...I tried a search, but it doesnt work for me...

TitaniuMax03,Thanks for the comment. As far as my max being "clean as hell" ,You can thank ZAINO for that.

its not that difficult to do if youre mechanically inclined... the amount of time depends on a lot of things, mostly the type of tools you have. when i first did eibachs with stock struts it took me and my boy like 2 hours and 15 minutes because he has air tools.. the ride isnt THAT bad with the cut springs in the front, but its a little stiffer than i would like it to be but then again, i have the agx's on 4/8
the drop looks nice with the front springs cut though, i have about a finger gap in the front right now

you suck. i wish i had access to all of that. if i had to do my springs with MY tools, i'd be stuck using a vice grip and a screw driver.

i gotta go spend some bucks on a good set of tools.

In my opinion,I don't think PROGRESS Sport Springs are stiff like I thought they would be. But thats just me. Others may have a different opinion.

You should have went with the TEins for a lower drop.. You wouldn't have rubbed as long as your tires aren't wider then normal. I'm pretty dropped and I have a system in the trunk too. No issues here.

I bought my maxspeeds from a guy on the forum here. Gonna put them on tonight or tomorrow and am using stock struts. I want to keep the ride as "normal" as possible since its the family car and I have 2 kids in carseats in the back who like to sleep.
