Which bra?

I've heard about all the damage that rocks and all do to the paint of Maximas.

I've been interested in purchasing a bra for my Maxima. I've heard about the clear bra but do not need 24/7 protection when the car is only drive 400 miles a month.

However, I would like some temporary protection when we do plan on taking the Maxima on a long road trip.

Does anyone know which bra is the best for the best price?

Thanks

How about no bra, and just have a good shop repaint your bumper with good quality paint like I did.. I have almost NO chips in my bumper, and I am at 40k miles on my 2k2 .

That's nice to hear that you got a shop that does top of the line work.

I'm still interested in the bra.

Re: Which bra?

Go with a Colgan Custom bra. It's about the best you can get.

www.autoseattle.com

I got the two-piece bra and the mirror covers. Good stuff for long road trips. You can also get the two-piece in a carbon fibre look.

Peace.

The bra from Courtesy is Nissan-made. Quality is not the same as the Colgan, but its a toss-up depending on who you talk with about it. Some have problems, some don't. I didn't want to worry, so I went with Colgan.

Would you say that the Nissan made bra fits better than the Colgan bra?

I've got the Nissan cover and it worked fine for me. Pretty good quality and it looks great. I wasn't sure about ordering one... I wanted to see and feel it before I bought. ($100) Good luck.

Does anyone know if the Nissan made includes a warrenty.

I've been leaning towards the Colgan because of it's 5 year warrenty.

I'll probably be ordering one later this afternoon.

Thanks for your help guys.

this may seem obvious to some, but if you get the leather bra, make sure you clean it often. also, if it rains try and take it off, ot dry it after. if you do not clean it, it will scratch your paint. anyway, go with the Colgan

I have had the Nissan Bra on my 3 previous Maximas as well as my current one as well as our 350 No probs yet. They fit snug and have saved my front ends considerably!

I have the Colgan bra. The fitment is good but not completely perfect. IMO the Nissan bra looks the best, but the Colgan is beter made and will probably last longer.

I really like the Genuine Nissan Bra, it fits really well and looks great. The only down side is you're supposed to take it off if it rains and it's a little hard to put in when it's cold outside. I have a magnet bra too that I like because you can leave it on in the rain.
