New Headers

Ok. I got an email saying the headers are going to be coming out soon for the 2k-2k1 maxima's. Is it worth to spend about 800 dollars and get new headers, or just go with a y-pipe. I dont know too much about the gain from new headers on the 2k-2k1 max. Anyone?

even if the headers were well designed, most of the gain will come from the y pipe. 800 is way too much considering what you are going to pay someone to install headers unless you are more than mechanically inclined.
