2k2 pulls to the right.

Ok, so my 2k2 6-speed with HLSD has started pulling to the right under normal driving. At freeway speeds it will pull hard enough to change lanes. In other words, I actually have to hold the wheel straight to stay in my lane.

Anybody have any clues as to what is going on? I have 21K miles so it should be covered. I do notice too that when I turn right it is a lot easier to squeal the passenger front tire.

Any input would be appreciated.

check tire pressure.. I just did and found the fronts were 3 pounds different. Making them the same straightened my car out.

Could be tire pressure, my 2k3 is very sensitive to this for some reason

Could be alignment

Could be that you have tread separating or are experiencing radial steer from one of your tires. Radial steer would be a little odd since you haven't had it since day one (unless you just rotated your tires).

Anyway, if tire pressure doesn't work take it to your dealer and see if they'll check it out for free if you're under warranty.

bad right caliper.
bad tire.
pressure difference in tires will cause minor pull not major.
alignment may cause it, but not a pull like that.
Infamous 2k2 broken lower control arm TSB/complaint.
Loose wheels ?

Well, good news folks! The passenger front tire was way low. All better now. Thanks again.
