YJ is going overboard!
You have just crossed the ricey line....I was about to tell you that when you posted the pic with your initials on the side of your car....but someone has to tell you to stop! Those lights looks lame! What the hell is the baby blue looking thing to the right....is it a cell phone holder? What next? Are you going to get some Yosemite Sam (BACK OFF!!) mud guards???? Maybe some fake bullet holes....Did you go through the effort of taking a picture of the lights and then think.....hmmmmmm somethings missing....maybe a baby blue bottle of air freshener....and a cell phone holder.....That will be the finishing touch on a tough mans car. I don't care what anybody else thinks about these comments....someone needs to tell think foolishness to stop before someone that doesn't own a maxima sees this POS.

. Yeah it looks like the baby blue thing is a cell phone holder... makes sense to me and fits the blue lighting theme going on. The type-r lights prolly don't look the greatest in the day but they prolly look neato at night and I'm sure the honey kiss bottle is not a permanent fixture. I hardly think YJ's lighting is overdone. Lord forbid you see Kevin's lights... or Mr Burner's new bodykit.

Not ROUGH...just honest
The body kit and kevins lights don't bother me that much...but Christmas lights on the dash does. I would hope that people out there would tell me the same if I did that crapz to my car...at least people that I considered as friends. I am not YJ's friend...but I am going to say it anyway. If someone african americans a car (wires all over the place) or just makes a nice car like this ricey is pisses me off! I don't mind if a car is 5 years old and someone buys the car second hand and does this crap...but on a nice car like this!...NO WAY!

If you nab photos from YJ you will have to photoshop the initials and the air freshener and the christmas lights ect....from the pictures...if not... he might find out that you are taking his hard work and he is going to be pissed! He might say a couple of bad words too!

punkdork...i admit yj's car in those pics is a bit lame looking, but it is his car...and i don't like that you insulted my body kit or kevs lights...so far i have only gotten positive responses and i have not had one person say anything bad about the looks of the body kit...at least its original...i don't see anyone else w/ it...all i'm saying is keep your comments above the belt...some stuff does look a little ricey, but its not like i'm putting giant decals all over my car...

Where to start?
Maxzero...do you see me going to pep boys and taking pictures of stupid ****z I am putting on my car? Yes my car is stock because I cannot afford to 550 dollars a month plus another 200 for insurance and then hit pep boys for a shopping spree.....so what! The color of my car is Icelandic Pearl by the way....the best color that is out there! IMO People!
I don't feel I am racist...or being a ******* here. I don't understand spending 40 bucks on some Christmas lights that drape all over my dash and plug into the cig. lighter.
What I am trying to do is protect the value of my car! If prospective buyers out there think of the maxima as a ricey car, good people wont want to buy the car after 3-4 years. They will think the car is like the Prelude....civic..talon...can I go on! I spent a lot of money on my car too....and when people make this car a little thug magnet.....guess what..... our cars are going to get broken into....people will slam their car doors into the car...key it....slash tires....cops will pull us over for no damn reason....and pardon me if I am racist....only ****heads will have the car. I would not want to go buy a car that is a thug magnet!!!!!!! This car is way too nice...what the hell!!! If you have that much money to blow on this ****z why not go buy a honda and rice that POS out! I like to see that a younger crowd likes the car....because my friends thought that I was a old fart for buying the car. Trust me....you wait until you try to sell your car with it riced out and see what you get...even if it is not riced out people will have this image of what the car represents.

A car is not an investment, it is a possesion. If "ricing it out" or customizing provides the owner more pleasure then it is worth the drop (if any) in resale value.
Two... if having a "ricey" population kills cars for the common market... then why are stock Accords found all over the place... civics too.
