Potential rotor /brake problem

my steering wheel and front part of the car tends to shake everytime i brake going over 70+ mph...
is this a brake problem or rotor?
is it covered under the warranty?
or is this just normal

It is a known problem with front rotors. You can get your rotors turned and put new pads on and hope it doesn't return for awhile or, get some aftermarket front rotors as I did.
If you are still under warranty, your dealer should turn the rotors and replace the pads at no cost.

Why blame the brakes (as terrible as they are)? Balance your tires.
