I'm gonna try and replace a socket for 194/168 bulb with a socket for a 1156 bulb. Would it be ok to just cut off the end of the 194 socket & just use butt connectors to hook the new socket up to the existing wires [which goto a relay]? I'll be using an LED bulb, that shouldn't cause any wattage/fuse problems right? Thanks for the help
