How hard is it to remove/replace trim on door panels?

I removed the driver side door panel to see what was creaking in my door. When I removed the window switches, it looked as if the switches could be unscrewed then separated from the trim. Hope this helps.

The switches can be unclipped from the door pannel and removed very easily. but I don't have woodgrain so I'm not sure if you even need to remove the switches. If the wood is like aftermarket trim you wouldn't need to, but if you need to remove the whole piece from the door pannel you will.
