i'm thinking about buying someone's stillen fstb.. coming off his 2k1... but i have a 2k3... will there be fitment issues?

You should call Stillen and ask them to be sure. It's depend on when the original fstb was purchased. I remembered when I placed my order w/them. I was told that they modified the 00-01 fstb, raising it, to clear the intake manifold for the 02-03 model.
