Auto tranny shift points

My automatic transmission seems to shift too early in the lower gears. It's not taching as high as I'd like so I wind up with a rough shift to the next gear. Will resetting the ECU take care of this problem?

Thanks.

Nope, your auto will shift at that point forever unless someone decides to bring out an ECU for us, which isn't likely...

floor the pedal harder!

this is what you can try...
give your car 3/4 of throttle and then when it get to the point you want her to shift, let go of the gas pedal just a little. the car will shift to the next gear. it doesnt work all the time, but just fun to play around.
