Custom Maxima FSTB?
Just don't overtighten the strut tower bolts beyond 30ft/lbs. I did that (forgot my torque wrench was set to click at 80ft/lbs) on an old Nissan Pulsar NX, snapped the strut plate stud right off. I got rid of the car shortly afterward
(for other various reasons)

.......yes they are, and yes you should to 30-35 lbs !
Just installed my custom maxima fstb yesterday. My bar had no installation instructions so I used the stillen version. I also torqued the strut tower bolts to 50 ft-lbs. I think the stillen instructions I found said the bar-to-bracket bolt/nut is to be torqued to 20 ft-lbs. Because that hardware is the same size as the strut tower bolts, 20 ft-lbs seemed a little light, so I tightened them to almost 30 ft-lbs.
By the way.... that was money well spent! It won't turn you maxima into a race car, but it definitely makes a difference. The on-center feel is much improved and the steering wheel communicates what the car is doing much better than before. That vague, unconnected feel is gone. You can feel that the front end is more rigid and controlled. The car is more enjoyable to drive, even if it's actual limits haven't changed, curvy roads are now fun. It doesn't feel like it's struggling so much in the curves. I admit I was skeptical at first, but this thing does work.

hmmm im new to this torque stuff but when i installed my springs i just used air tools and dont kno how tight i tightened it so should i buy a torque wrench/???? even tho i have an entire body shop with bunch of air tools no torque wrench
A torque wrench is handy, as while air tools can be used to torque something I believe, they can be a little hard on the bolts/nuts (since an impact wrench uses a repetitious hammer action)... so having a hand wrench you can turn smoothly comes in handy whenever you're paranoid about the job.
