Price on Sarona sides...need opinions

I've got a price...$150 plus shipping...for unpainted Sarona sideskirts still in the box. What do you guys think, is this a decent price? Also, are there any fitment issues with these sideskirts on a 2k3? I'm waiting to see what custommaxima.com comes up with as far as a front and rear bumper but I really like these sides. Any input is appreciated.

No I planned on picking these up and just holding on to them until I got a front and rear bumper too, then putting them all on at once. That way I only have to pay for painting one time. I really like the look of these sides, and the $150 + shipping seemed OK as I've been given another price of $230 for just the skirts. But I wasn't sure about how they fit a 2k3.
