camber kit

camber kit

Will i need a camber kit if i put on the sprint springs on my
2002 max. some people say you don't need it.

A 2" drop or less and you won't. But go beyond 2" and you'll need it. At least that's what i understand from previous posts.

Depends on the kit, I have seen some with the KYB and Tein combo w/ 2.2 front an 1.7 rear w/o camber kits and they are doin fine

That is partially correct. With 2" or less, the camber kit (bolts) help to give the car a better alignment. Since our cars are abusive to the front tires (high hp fwd), put the camber bolts on to get better tire wear and have them last longer. The shop can easily install the camber bolts while installing performance springs/struts.
