Some of you may remember that my wife was in a head on collison with our 4 day old AE. I've had the car back for a couple of months but it's not finished. The dealership that my body shop works with says they don't have a part number for the body kit and haven't been able to get the front piece. I have 3/4 of the kit, both sides and the back, but no front.

Does anyone know the Nissan part number for the front piece? How about the whole kit? I really want the car finished.

Why don't you give David Burnette a call at Southpoint Nissan at 1-888-253-6060 (retail parts dept). He may know.

I don't even go to the Atlanta dealerships, except for oil filters, anymore. I always get the same story or they say they can't help me for one reason or another.

 

Thanks. I'll give him a try. FYI, I took the car to a body shop and they've been dealing with Nissan. I didn't take it to Nissan. The shop doesn't get paid until the car is finished. They're motivated to get it done.

 

Or does the AE kit look a whole lot like the Stillen kit for 5th gens?

 

I agree 100% on the Stillen vs. AE comments. Other than slightly bolder side spoilers and the slotted rear spoiler on the Stillen kit, they are very similar.

 

Please add me to the list of people who have been helped out by David Burnette at Southpoint. He was able to provide the part number. I called the parts people at my local and the body shop. Hopefully, it will arrive in a couple of weeks.
