Throttle Body and HP increase!

On a 2003 Maxima with CAI would it be benefitial to bore out the throttle body? Or is it possible I could actually lose out by doing so!

There's nothing to bore... maybe 1 mm. The TB is 70 mm, and the housing is 73 mm or so. With the CAI, you don't need to modify the TB, as they are the same size.

If you're posting a Question, it's wise to end your Title with a Question mark "?" and not with an Exclamation point "!"

It helps readers determine whether you asking a question, or actually enthusiastic about completing the mod...

I thought that you were going to explain to us how your bored-out throttle body increased HP significantly in your Max...

You know, when you start complaining about those things, then life is treating you to good.

with 95-01 Maximas...you can actually upgrade your throttle body with that of a Pathfinder ones...i think ours is a 60mm TB, and the Pathfinder uses 70mm(i think, don't quote me on these numbers, but i do know that they're bigger in diameter than Maximas'). but i don't know about the 02 and up....
