Budget Y-Pipe Problem

Hello. I was wondering for those who installed the budget y-pipe ( but I assume that all the others would be nearly the same) if you had clearance problems. My y-pipe fits snug against the floorboard of the car right after in the flex section of the pipe. I hear it rattling everyonce in awhile. How did you fix this?????????. Also how much did you torque the nuts down. It seems like I am gettin an odd noise now, dont know if it's a leak. Thanks. Oh by the way. They didnt paint it black.

i had a budget y on my 95 max that didn't rattle, but it knocked if you hit a bump hard enough. i just spent a day under the car with heat wrap and those heat resitant pads that i wrapped in aluminum foil and i just put the anywhere i was worried about contact. kinda ghetto but it worked.
