Me vs I/E IS

Me: I/Y/E/Auto/Punched out Cat
IS300: I/E thats all I could tell from what I heard/saw

Was definitely Auto, so pretty close race, Auto vs. Auto. I figured I'd get walked, because his 5spd auto vs my 4spd auto. Was from a 60mph roll-on, and we both hit it just about the same time. I held out 2nd till redline, but didn't wind out 3rd all the way, let the auto shift at 6k, but it was pretty much dead even all the way up to about 130, where we both let off. We ran twice, the 2nd time from an 80mph roll, same results both times. Given I think theres something wrong with my car because it feels like timing is getting pulled back between 3500 and 4500 rpm, regardless of gear, but from about 4500-up, it feels pretty much normal, so it was a pretty close match up.
