Finally got the MAX back

I finally got my car back from the dealer. They had it for 2 months. Remember I had to get the engine fixed because of a loud clicking noise. They said a screw came off and went into a piston and it was banging on it. I have only had the car for 5 months 2 of which the dealer has had it. When I got back in the car, I didn't even know how to work the radio. It feels like a benz compared to that Sentra loaner they gave me. I am the happiest man alive right now. I just had to let everyone know how happy I am to have my max back!

No, he said the damage didn't get that far. They did order some parts though, said thats what took so long. Some of the parts were on back order.

A screw into the cylinder and the damage was

not that bad!!!??? Who the heck do they think they're kidding??!!

Please, PLEASE do yourself a favor and require that they give you the list of parts they did replace and a confirmation of exactly which cylinder number the screw fell into.

With that list and the cylinder number, you will have protection when (likely) a beaucoup miles down the road the heads crack, or the compression ratio in that cylinder begins to drop or you have another type of catastrophic failure -then you can get a new engine

Yeah they gave me a 2002 Sentra GXE. I murdered that car. I did all the fun things that you are too scared to do in your own car.
I might have took a couple years off the transmission life myself.
