2000 Max people that fixed A-pillar rattle
Where do I stick that foam in? in that crack near the buttom of A-pillar, near that small tweeter??
How big of piece of the foam should I use?
I put some in yesterday, but I think I didn't put in enough or something, cause the rattle is still there.
Thanks.

You want to place it in the gap between the dash and the pillar. You should be able to expand the gap with one hand by pressing against the pillar. With the other hand, stuff the foam in the gap with something non-metallic - I used a silicone spatula so I wouldn't scratch everything.
Don't push the foam down too deeply as it might not work as intended - I have my foam about 1/8" below the top of the dash. It can be seen only if you look for it.
good luck!

I used a folded Newspaper b/w the door and the rubber
lineing that goes around the door.. fold up new paper and stick it in Behind that black rubber lineing. that helped a bit, but now I got some other rattle comeing from my driver side door.. sounds like a metal rattle
Re: What size of the foam did you use?
It was some 1-1/2 inch wide by 1/4" thick stuff that is used for weathersealing a camper shell to a pickup bed. You can use a variety of foams and gasket material - the main objective is to cushion the point where the two types of vinyl touch each other.
I used the camper shell stuff because it's not sticky and it was very close in color to the beige pillar plastic.
