I have the same problem, I was meaning to ask this question for few weeks now and kept on forgeting.
Does it usually happen when you turn and go over a little bump, becuase that is when it seemt to be happening to me, its a screaching noise, sounds like a strut.

i have a squeeling noise coming from my front passenger side. it happens when i turn the steering wheel to the right. whether it be a slight turn (as with a lane change) or a more defined turn. my front passenger break is also squeeling and both noises sound identical. im having it checked out next week.

sound similiar to your noise?

I notice a similar sound but only when I first get in the car and pull away from a complete stop when turning the steering wheel. It wasn't worth it to me to take it to the dealer for just that but maybe I'll mention it next time I'm in there since it appears others are having the same problem.

The 1st thing I would check is the tension of the power steering belt. If there is too much play it can slip under load and cause a screeching noise. You can tighten it with the tension pulley to that belt. The PS pump, when looking at the engine from the passenger side, is on the lower left side of the engine. To access the tensioner it may be easier to jack up, always use a jack stand also, that side of the car and take off the wheel. A ratchet with a long extension and a UV joint will make this job easier.

Well, if you've touched your suspension thats probably why.
Otherwise there is a TSB for this issue. Check the TSB thread.
