Have any of you out there been able to remove the cupholder in the back of the console? Someone spilled a drink in there and it is a real mess. I need to pull it out to clean it, but can't seem to figure it out. Thanks for any help.

I'm just guessing, but when I removed my center console I seem to think there was a screw in the inside of the large storage compartment, facing backwards.

Maybe you could unscrew that, then the whole thing slide out. That is a guess.

I just went out to the car to see if it would jiggle loose. I couldn't get it to come out. I thought it might be a drawer like in a house, where you have to lift up and pull out, or something like that. That didn't work either. You could just yank like a mo fo. I'm sure that would do it too.

not that this helps any...

but NO ONE is allowed to eat, drink or smoke in my car. I smoked in it until recently when I quit and even that was stupid. NEVER trust anyone, ESPECIALLY with liquids (and loose fitting sizes for cupholders) when there are bumps and corner on the road. MAKE THEM CLEAN IT UP!!! HEHEHE

Good man. I too allow no eating drinking or smoking. At times I have to take the kids to activities and my wife has the kids eat in the car because they are late. My wife does not have Maxima in her veins despite all my efforts to educate her.
