When I bought mine, there were only 2 left in like 6 dealerships that i called. Just go to Nissandriven.com and find the phone numbers for any dealer near you and find out what they have.

considering that all of 10% of 2k2/3's are 6-speeds, you will have to look kinda hard.

I worked Autotrader.com pretty hard, along with the classified ads in major metro papers.

Ended up buying one from an exotic car dealer in Columbus, Ohio. He had posted a 5-speed '01 and while I was haggling with him on that, another '02 6-sp came in on trade. So I got a little lucky there.

But basically, start looking every night on Autotrader.com. Go to the "advanced search" mode and deisgnate "manual" under transmission. Set the years between '02 and '03 and the distance you're willing to look high, rather than low, and then see how many hits you get. It won't be many.

I also checked Yahoo.com and cars.com, but didn't have too many hits.

Be patient, and good luck.

I found my through nissandriven.com and found a dealer that was willing to bring the car to me. This was back in April and there were a lot more 03 6spds.

$23,000 with 10,000 miles for this thing seems like a rip off. I paid $26,200 in September 02 for mine brand new. However, if this is the resale value I might consider selling mine that only has 3,500 miles

The day after the Nissan press conference on the 6th gen Maxima I searched inventory of every dealer w/i 400 miles of Indy for '03 6 speeds w/ HLSD. This was early January, and even then, I found maybe 8 (out of over 500 '03 Maxes total in stock at same dealers.) I couldn't believe reading Org posts in Feb March April of a few persons waiting for "an even better deal" before buying.
