headlights!! gotta go

Is there anyway to put non-xenon headlights in a 2003 Max? My bud's got stolen.

that sucks, some guy around here with a majestic blue 02-03 had his stolen 3 times. his insurance company refuses to pay for them anymore so as of now, he has no headlights and only drives during the day. i wish there were somthing you could do other than downgrade. But i'm pretty sure 2k1 lights'll fit.

That sounds like this old lady that lives around the block from me. Her headlights were stolen about 5 months ago.. And guess what, she still doesn't have headlights on her '02. She just drives it during the day. What a shame.....

Well, the mechanic and dealership said the way the Max is wired, you can't put in 2k or 2k1 headlights. True or False?

So then the dealership/mechanic are lazy? How hard is it to re-wire?

You can definitely re-wire them. All you will need is the 2k-2k1 housing clips, and the 4 wires harnesses. Two for each side. PM or Email me and I'll send the diagrams so you can get the idea..
