Power seat problem

All of my adjustments work EXCEPT forward/backward. I hear a click and that's it. Any ideas?

Simple suggestion, but have you looked to make sure nothing is stuck under the seat or in either rail?

This is a known issue. So long as you can replicate it (and you are under warranty) the dealer will replace the motor. Mine's being replaced on Thursday.
