Drivability problems

I am finding it really hard to drive my car lately, especially with the A/C on.

I mean when i floor the thing, its no problems, but trying to cruise around, and no matter what i do, i am greeted with grinding 6 speed and lurching..

A/C almost causes huge loads on the engine making the car harder to drive.

Anybody else?

For some reason my sig isn't showing... But i have a 2k3

It's a lot hotter down here for the vast majority of us. I notice the power drain from time to time but not like that. I'm sure my UDP helps some. What level of octane do you use?

Actually i always use 91-92 sometimes 94 octane..

It doesnt help... Its strange... car sometimes feels very sluggish out the whole, almost like i am going to stall..

I have the frankencar APEXi intake too..

You know it must be my damn Sarona KIT!

Maybe but I don't think so. He's in a new 03 with the newer MAF. I have the newer MAF in my 02.
I have 12.5k on it and there maybe 200 miles on it with out some kind of intake. Right now I have a $tillen pop with an adapter attached to a Firm mid pipe, it's been that way for around 4k. No probs so far and it's been pretty warm here in Hotlanta the last few weeks.

My 2k2 has the original MAF w/20,500 miles- 10K on the Franken an no
problem
I bought a new MAF from DAVE B- when I installed it my SES light came on - so I put my original back on (they both have a round color sticker
one is green/ the other yellow- I also noticed that the new MAF is missing the little wire that is looped inside the MAF- weird

So its in my trunk incase I ever blow it -I can get home- maybe I'll need
it tomorrow after Englishtown
