New Tires and FTSB + Body gaps
Just got a set of Falken Ze-512's so far a great tire and only $118 a piece. Also, put on a custom maxima FTSB fit perfectly. Right away I noticed the tighter steering, and flatter turns. I hit all my normal routes to see the difference, even my wife says she doesnt have to hold on to the oh sh*t handle anymore.
But I am wondering if any one else ever has the following body gapping issue. My front bumper on the passenger side is lower than the driver side, causing a noticable gap difference between the hood and the bumper. Took it to my local Nissan dealer body shop and they said they will order a metal bracket that supports the bumper, the stock ones are crap the guy said. This was all before the FTSB was installed so it has nothing to do with that. Just curious if anyone has had this issue. 2003 SE auto w/7000 miles

Almost missed that part. cause my FSTB was misajusted and cause it ... gone now though. it also was pinching my driver side washer fluid line so it would not spray ... fixed now too

I went through and searched on ever post I could find about issues. But none of them came up during the installation. Only thing I see about the FTSB is that it creased my insulation a very small bit. All in all a great fit.

if it is creasing your insulation then it is probably pushing your hood up.
take your FTSB off and increase 3-4 furns out on the passenger side and in 3-4 turns on the driver side.
this will cause it to sit lower on the driver side
