Dealer F****up my car !!!!

Last Friday I dropped off my car at the dealership for wind noise TSB. All they supposed to do was to replace the foam tape in my windows. ( wind noise was already confirmed). When I picked up my car I have noticed that the door panel does not fit properly, also I have two scratches on my car (left-rear quarter panel and right-front).
IN addition to that all mirrors were moved. and my car had 5 more miles on it. !!!!!!!??????????????!
I spoke with the manager he said that his going to find out what happened with my car and will call me on Monday.

What do you think I should do? Should I let them fix it or get it fixed on my own and then make them pay for it?

Well, they will probably try and tell you the scratches were already there, so good luck with that. The 5 miles were probably put on because they needed to test drive the car to make sure the wind noise was gone. I dont think it was even worth noting the fact that the mirrors were adjusted, its just not a big deal. If they agree to fix everything, they will be the ones doing it, it is a dealership afterall.

Scratches were not there before I know my car and I have that slip I got Friday morning showing NO scratches. they did drive my car for 5 miles but not to make sure that the wind noise is gone because if they did they will heard that the noise is 10 times greater ( I could fit my finger in spaces between the glass and the door panel, they did such a bad job that when I showed it to the manager he said that the person that was working on my car will not work there anymore) I have to bring my car in again so they can take everything a part and put it together again.

....and that is the exact reason why I do not like the dealership to work on my car. I will do the wind noise TSB myself and will make sure it is done right.

I had similar experience w/the wind noise TSB from the dealer. To say, the least, it took them 3 times to get it right, as in installing it correctly. Also, I noticed that my toll's money (at least $6 worth of quarters & one dollar coins) were stolen...and the wind noise still exist. So I went to Home Depot and bought 3M-double side foam tape. I took off the weather strips along the door frame and applied the 3M-tape along the edge of it and reinstalled the weatherstrips. Since then, no more wind noise leak!
I love my car but most Nissan dealers I've encountered really SUCK!!!

Dealership nightmares: Bought my 2000 Max new
from the show room floor. I noticed a dent on the
roof and a scratch on the trunk. They promised
to fix if I would buy it......
Took it to their body shop! When I got it back,
the car was a wreck. Paint on the leather seats,
broken windshield, headliner stainded by the wet
sanding flooding the sun roof, scratched interior
side pillars, scratched exterior window pillar.
They ase so fu&ked up, went out of business within
2 years. SOB's Learned the hard way that dealership
body shops are not the ones to use. They are just
there to make it appear the dealership is a
"full service dealership". If you want good body
work done, find a recommended independent
shop. The dealership ones are just for show and
SUCK bad.
