Not sure on the model number for those, but I'm running Bosch's in my car and they work wonderfully. I would change the plugs out around 45-50K miles....

Geez, Now I am having to "squawk" this.

Please use the search. It actually does work, so take advantage of it.

What do spark plugs do? Is there a difference when you change them after x amount of miles?

Just get platinum plugs so you don't have to go through the pain of replacing them so often. Your stock plugs are platinum and the recommended replacement cycle is 100K miles, but many of us replace them between 45K to 60K miles.

NGK PFR5G-11 is the model number for the stock platinum spark plugs and Courtesy Nissan sells a set of 6 for $57.00. You can get them even cheaper on eBay where they go up for auction a few times every few weeks. It was worth it to wait for eBay availability.

Just go to an Autozone/CSK/general parts place and ask for copper plugs for your year max. Mine costed me about $7.

Hell no they won't...well, they will, but your car will not run as good as it should with newer plugs. I'll replace mine every year. That's just part of my yearly standard maintenance routine...

Stock (platinum ) plugs will last 100K, but most of us are so **** on this board that any loss in performance is not acceptable, and change them earlier.

There is a difference between parts lasting long and them performing their best, so you have to ask yourself what kind of person are you......

when you remove the old ones do you notice any difference?? Are they blackened, burned at all... anything? Do you notice any difference in the car just after putting in new plugs?

Also, what kind do you use? I'm guessing not platinum if you replace them every year.

Thanks,
