I was just on the highway and I saw a Caddy CTS flying on the highway. I was just wondering how the 3.5 max would hold up to it?

 

A 3.5 Max should be able to walk a 2k2-2k3 CTS in a straight line. The CTS will loose the Max in the curves. This fall the CTS gets a 255HP V6 with the 5-speed auto (the manual is stuck with the old 3.2 motor (220hp I think)). And if by chance you see a CTS-v on the road, go ahead and try and run him . The CTS-v has the 400HP z06 motor in it, 0-60 in the high 4 sec range!!

 

Compared to the first CTS that GM released, 0-60 on the max is faster i think by 1/2 a sec at least. 1/4 on them is mid 15s+.
Now i think GM has a revised version of it out with a much more powerfull engine available. Not sure the details on that one.

I think the 2004 Maximas look a lot like the CTS

 

Nah, I think the CTS looks MUCH better. I really don't think that anything else looks like the CTS. I'm really looking forward to the STS, I have heard that Caddilac's "Art & Science" design theme looks much better on it.

 

The new CTS-V is bad a**. It was the Corvette V8 and 6 speed in it. I'm not sure how much it weighs, but it should be pretty tough.
