Have problem with the power window, any idea?

I'm having problem with my driver side window when I roll up or down, it seem to move slower than normal. I had this problem before and took it in to Nissan. They replace a new window regulator. Now the problem is resurfacing again. Any idea what's causing the problem to why it's rolling up or down slowly? Has anyone have this problem?

The rubber window channels need to be lubed from time to time.
go to the auto parts store and buy a good brand of silicone spray.

Roll the windows down and apply a liberal ammount in the rubber channels the window slides in.
