2001 Transmission Slip(auto)HELP!

Three weeks ago I bought a 2001 Maxima SE with a auto tranny(24,000 miles). (I know, my next car will be a stick). I love the car(especially coming from a 2000 Corolla). There seems to be a problem with my transmission. When shifting from first to second there seems to some slippage. This only happens when push the throttle half way. If I do this the car seems to jump into second gear. It's not very smooth at all. I just had the tranny flushed and filled, but the problem still exists. I saw other people post the same problem. I took the car to a Nissan dealership, but of couse they drove it and said it was fine. What TSB report should I print out the next time I go? I read that people got Nissan to replace the TCM for a upgraded TCM and eliminated the problem. Is there a certain TCM that sgould replace the one I have. Luckly my father knows some people from Nissan so maybe they can help. Sorry this is so long, I just want my tran to be fixed, Thanks for your help!

Either put your flame suit on or use the "search" feature.

BTW here is a hint:

Bring it back in and tell them that there is a TSB for your transmission slipping from first to second. I had minor slipping and brought it in and they fixed it. Now shifting is smooth as it should be.
