i got my car when it was a year old... 8,000 on it for 21,000 and i'm only payin 300 a month including loJack for 60 months and i extended the warranty to 7 years 100,000 for free

YOU got ripped... I paid less than $5k more and got a brand new car, NO MILES and I got extended warranty AND the car is fully loaded (-NAV) AND I get to break it in. If I opted for a few less options I could have had the car BRAND NEW for less than $3k more than your 21k mile USED car. For an extra few $$/month you could'a had new.

I have you all beat! 0.9%, zero down, 24 months, $1,123 per month. No need for gap, it will be paid for in less then a year, I already have positive equity… That payment is a ***** though!

For $3K less, I'd still take the used (although 21k is a wee bit high for the price). I have never really understood the importance of having a new car. Lightly used is fine by me, so long as there is still warranty left on it and it is in good condition.

I have owned one new car in my life and it was the biggest waste of money ever. I lost $4000 by driving it off the lot.

2002 SE - $26k brand new, $2k down, 2.9% for 60 months, $482 a month. Bought it less than one month out of college. Car payment wasn't a big deal until I bought a home.

2k2 max se auto heated leather bose etc, all options except nav package
27k new 0 down 0.9 interest 815.00 month for 36 months. I only have to pay 327.00 dollars interest over the 3 years and i put the 27k cash into a Certificate of Deposit and got 4.7 % interest for 36 months. At the end of the 3 years I will have made 3720.00 interest on my 27k and only pay nissan 327 dollars in interest. So I saved over 3K by taking the 0.9 % interest that nissan offered. In the end the car will only have cost me around 23,600 dollars. Now thats a great deal.

I put $1000 down, financed my 03 SE at 1.9% for 60 months. Monthly payments average at $410/month. I had over 700 score so I qualified for this rate...

I had a really high score but only got a 3.9% rate for 60 months. I feel so violated.

I traded in a 2000 Sentra, I owed more than the Sentra was worth so....

I put down 1500.00 on my 2002 SE, pay 439.89 per month 6.9% financing, but I do no have to pay for service's like oil changes, tire rotatations ect for 1 year. THe gave me a free service package.

I paid 17,999 for my Max SE with 22,000 miles on it. I wish that
I would not have traded in the sentra my payments would have
been 100 cheaper.

You live and ya learn...

Frig, boys, damn you are paying a lot. I bought my 00 max a year back and for $15,300 with a 6.45 %and no money down I'm paying $316/month. I could easily qualify for a lot more and afford it as well, but $550-600 for a car? Not gonna happen any time soon for me!
