has anyone tried switching the A/C climate control unit that is in the GLE's to the SE(base model)...b/c i have a 03SE base model and was thinking about buying a the unit that comes standard in the GLE's or loaded models and putting it in my car if it works. let me know if this is possible...thanks

 

May be possible, but the whole wiring is totally different. I don't know if anybody has done it. It's real complicated and time consuming. Yeah, it would be nice if it was a direct swap, though.
