Dont do that!!!! I have this kit,and its a POS. Dont waste the $190 on it. Try to find yourself a MOLDED KIT,that wraps the whole piece,Not just face of it. And if ur gonna be stubborn about it,at least get the kit off EBAY that comes with like 41 pieces, instead of CM's 31,...And the EBAY kit is about $40-50 cheaper.

I ordered the brushed aluminum kit from bdtrims. I didn't like it. It was not molded and looked cheap in my opinion. I returned it. On the plus side, the service was great. Order arrived promptly and return was credited promptly.

Dash Kit

I got this molded one ( Brushed Aluminum), it was expensive but heard nothing but good things about the company!!! It took me less then an hour to install and it was a perfect match, each piece fit perfectly.

question... does anyone have a sheer silver or sterling silver max that has the aluminum dash kit on it? I have a frost interior, and I dunno if the aluminum dash kit will blend well...

I have sterling mist max with the frost interior, I currently have a real aluminum dask kit also. The kit looks real good, thats how I got my user name, I kept walking up on people looking inside my car because of the kit, momo chrome shift **** and e-brake handle. I think it adds a real nice touch to the interior. I plan to dye my frost interior black, I really don't care for the color.

just thought of something while surfing on ebay, i noticed many of the sellers of the dash kits got negatives from people hwo bought them because the dash kit cuts were off by a little. Is that the con in buying off ebayers? If so, can i get websites where I can get a nice 41 piece aluminum dash kit that actually fits

Take a look at my webpage to see pics of my sterling mist maxima. I got the sythetic brushed aluminum and put it in. Its not a perfect match but its close enough and looks great. I also want to get the kit for the overhead lights and sunroof switches.
