I want chrome door sills but am confused as to which ones are best. I am considering these at courtesy nissan for about $70.

The ones on courtesy nissan look to be a little simpler to install because it has the matching interior color surrounding the chrome sill. I heard that you can easily lift off the old one and replace it with the new one. The one on ebay doesn't. Does this mean I will have to glue it down on top of my original sill or something? The ones on ebay are cheaper by about $20. Please help.

Also I got hit by the hurricane on the east coast and have a lot of little dents in my hood and a couple on my roof. Whats the best way to get rid of them. Does that little popper they sell on tv actually work?

Courtesy Nissan is just for the front passenger side. Ebay one is for all 4. judging from the way it looks on ebay, i think it'll just plug right in just like the AE ones. I have the AE sills but I think the ebay ones look nicer. oh well, too late

 

i got my AE sills with the trim for 60 bucks on ebay. it was used, but the condition was excellent. But i like the ones on ebay, but the 30 shipping is crazy.

 

Yeah, those ones on Ebay are nice, but I think the seller is trying to catch you with the low price and making a fortune off the shipping. He's getting the full price as compared to the other AE sills.

They used my car to test fit their guage pod. I really didn't have a use for the guage pod so they gave me the AE sills instead.

I got my color matched AE door sills for $50 Canadian, thats like $5 US

 

I just got my AE door sill plates from nissan-accessories.com (they are really North Texas Nissan) and they are great! Peeled off the protective sticky layer from the aluminum, did a quick wax job on the metal parts, and put them right on. Nice and quick, and they look sweet.

For $50 (you get all four sill plates) and no shipping cost, it was worth it.

Will the ones from nissan-accessories.com fit a 2003? The site says it won't fit the 03 model

 

I would think it does fit an '03. There shouldn't be any change of design in that area for the 5th generation.
