I found a new bulletin on rattling noise on start up on the vq35 is a problem with a camshaft sprocket....on 02 max/ I ran across a new 03 titanium wheel with a small nick and a light scratch at the lip if anyone is intrested let me know.

 

you said this was a problem with the 2002's? is this a problem with the 2003's as well? mine makes a high revving noise when you first crank it after it has sat all night and i was wondering if this is the same thing you were experiencing?
