Quick Question for a newb!

Quick Question for a newb!
The previous owner of my max took great care of the interior, it's spotless, however, the interior of the trunk needs a hand. The Main thing is the trunk board, the board that covers the spare. Correct me if I got the name of it incorrectly, I took a guess. Anyway, the board is warped from a probable spill in the trunk. I want to replace the board. Can I buy these separately? Or do I make one, through home depot or something, i.e. plywood or particle board? Can I get it out of a different material, like a hard plastic?
If any of these hold true. How about a website?
I also need one of those cargo nets, and the hooks to hold it in place. Any information on these will be appreciated, off for dinner, check back later.
Thanks
Silver

I was thinking it might just be easy to get a piece of particle board, plywood, or MD board, then use the old board as a template. Turn it upside down, stand on the board to flatten it, trace, and cut. I can easily transfer the plastic spacers to the same configuration. Then I could have a good flat surface in my trunk again. maybe even a stronger one.
Let me know of your thoughts. Thanks.
