sunguard is a decent name. some installers prefer that over the llumar due to llumar's high price.

If you spell it tha way, you're talking about SunGard Availability Services - the biggest DR provider in the world.

Finally got the Max tinted today. I got the sunguard endurance 20% tint. Wow, it looks great on my black Max. Huge props Manny
But, wow its really dark at night. I love how it looks during the day, just not sure if I can take how dark it is at night. Maybe it just takes some getting used to.

While I was there at the tint shop, there was a silver altima getting tinted. The altima got 35% sunguard tint and it looked really light. Unfortunately, thats legal is Md, 20% is not...hehe. I wish the shop had something between 20% and 35%...

So, I paid $230 for 20% all around including the sunroof and visor. I also got the entended warranty for $60 which covers any damage to the tint. Also allows me to get a free replacement with 35% tint if I get pulled over

Actually, thats what I though initially. The price for the 20% tint was like $205, but then the sunroof added another $20 or so. The price for the 35% was $20-$30 less.

But from what I've heard, this is a really good shop. All they do is tints.
And people I've talked to told me that they're really easy to deal with and honor all warranty work, no questions asked.

I'm ok with paying a little more to get better service and less hassle.

I'll try to get a pic up sometime later...it looks sweet though!!
