custom dash pocket with dakota digital...pics....

so yeah, after i swapped out my nonbose for the headunit, i had the extra pocket, which bothered me. then i put the dakota digital in there, and i got reamed for making it look sloppy....so i did a nice vinyl section over the weekend. actually took friday off and did it. it was almost a perfect job until i cracked the dash trim ($85!!!!) but other than that, i'm happy.

the voltage gauge is a dakota digital wired into my sub amp. i figure that dips the most in voltage, so that would be the best recording of voltage (it hit 11.3 today on idle....aftermarket alternator coming soon)

the rotary **** next to it is the diamond audio bass remote that comes with most sub amps....just took taht apart and ran the **** alone.
and the switch next to it controls controls the dvd-screen in case a cop decides to be nosey and sees me watchin a movie. a simply flip of a switch will kill the screen, but keep the movie or gamecube playing and when it's safe, turn it back on

now onto pics...
