S/C from a 4th gen fit?
By comparing Jane97SE's engine bay to mine... I am 90% sure that it'll fit. You won't have the CAI-like intake because the air filter is located right next to the SC as opposed to the tranny.
The 10% uncertainty is from the bolts, nuts, screws, brackets. If your shop is good with improvising... then you're all set.
