forced to do the rattle TSB myself..

Im at about 44K miles and the interior rattles from the driver and passenger side a-pillars are driving me nuts. I am thinking that I can simply remove the a-pillar and get the sticky insulation from a hardware store and put it on the back of the plastic and reattach. Sound like a plan? open to other options

I did most of the rattle TSBs myself, they were all fairly simple and well worth it. The only rattle I have now is coming from the sunroof area and I have no idea how to fix it.

I had a real bad on from the trunk area, it turned out to be the two trunk rods that run across the top, everytime my bass hit the rods would vibrate like a bit@h. I put some duct tap around them and the vibration was gone. If you want to diagnose your rods, drop your rear seat, squeeze the rods together, and see if the rattling stops.
