I have a GXE and I want a spoiler but I don't like the ones the dealership puts on. I would only want it if it didn't have that bar down the middle of it. Does anyone have any info on if there are any companies who will make them for us? I am guessing that my Eclipse spoiler would look nice on the Max if it was fitted right

Since you don't have any holes on your trunk, just pick a spoiler and stick it on your car. Make sure the parts that go against your trunk are angled correctly.

You could always go with a Maxima spoiler, and simply remove the center "bar". A body shop could do this for you, or you could do it yourself.

As long as it look good from the rear, you would not have to do a remarkable job, meaning it would not need to be 100% refined. As long as it looked good installed, everybody would think it was of a differnet type or was custom.

A junk yard spoiler, cheaper than new, could be a good candidate. Just a thought....

Is there anything in that center bar? Like wires I would need to move?

Since that's where the stop light is, why would they send the wires through the end "bars", right? So you might want to check to see if the stop light wires are coming through the center "bar" or not before you get one and plan on removing the center "bar". Otherwise you'll have the nice spoiler you want with a stop light in it that doesn't work
