New to modifying my maxima (help)

I currently have a 2002 SE 6 speed and all I have is a K+N box filter. The Frankencar intake has caught my eye. I was wondering if anyone here can give me the low down on the intake. How much does it cost? Do I need any extra accessories? Is it hard to install?

I was also wondering what it does for Fuel consumption, power, sound, and if it will blow my MAF sensors. I know some people here have this intake. I just want to know about the experience and have my questions answered. Thanks......any help will be appreciated.

It will be loud and give you marginal gains. You will love it if you like to hear your engine breath.

I would like to give you some very valuable advice.
You should use the search function initially for any question you have. If you are not satisfied then ask the question
I give this advice not because I don't believe this question shouldn't be asked. It is in YOUR best interest to search. You will get far more information in many cases than you would from the replies you will receive. This particularly applies to the question you have asked.

Good luck.

You'll just hear the intake growl and suck in air when you floor your car, but when your cruising you shouldnt hear anything.

Its 50/50 if you blow your MAF, some people have a stock air box and blow there MAF's, i've blown 2 MAF's since i had my car, one with a intake, the other with my S/C.
